Domestic Freight - Within Australia 

Product prices displayed on the website do not include the cost of shipping to you from the Pott dispatch point in Melbourne. The order can be collected from us at no extra cost, or Pott can arrange shipping for you with a reputable freight company. If you are located outside of a major city centres, please contact us with what style/ size you’re interested in plus your delivery details and we’ll provide a quotation within one business day.

International Shipping - Outside Australia 

Please contact us if you would like to enquire about international shipping outside of Australia. 

Delivery Day

All shipments must be signed for by the purchaser or a person nominated by the purchaser, so it is important to ensure that someone is there to take delivery at your end.

IMPORTANT: If a delivery is not able to be effected due to unclear delivery instructions, no suitable person being available to take delivery or the lack of requested additional assistance, additional freight charges will apply. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery times to all of the major centres is between 5 and 10 days. There are many factors beyond our control that might affect the accuracy of an estimated date, but all shipments are tracked and progress can be monitored. Delivery times to other areas will be provided as part of the quotation.
