At Pott we have taken utmost care to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. and each item is inspected just before it is despatched to you.
Delivery Inspection
Pott products are shipped in special protective packaging but things can always go wrong when freighting goods around the country. So, on delivery, check the outside of the packaging for any signs of damage, then open the box and double check the item is in good condition. If there are any issues please contact us immediately with accompanying photos of the damaged parts and packaging. We have insurance for damage in transit and will act promptly to resolve any issues.
Pott Warranty
All Pott products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing electrical parts and components. All Pott products are made by hand and in keeping with their handmade nature, there may be some very minor variation in size, shape, colour and finish. These minor variations are part of the charm of a handmade product and are not manufacturing faults. If faults and defects do arise, please see our formal warranty statement.
Non-warranty repairs
Pott can also assist with electrical pats and components requiring repairs or replacement outside of warranty. Just contact us to arrange the repair or replacement . On receipt of a non-warranty repair or replacement request, Pott will provide a quote accordingly.
Request for Refund
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund where you made a wrong selection or changed your mind. We will however offer a credit in the event that an incorrect selection has been made as long as the item is returned to us freight paid and in its original packaging.
